Before I begin explaining my results, I will explain my interpretive approach. My work assumes that the First Folio of Shakespeare and other contemporary authorized printed versions of his works were prepared, and the type setting composed, in a very careful . The First Folio was produced in , seven years after Shakespeare's death, by men who had known and acted with him.
